Add Velscor to Outlook

Pick the option that matches how you’re setting this up.

Takes about 2 minutes. Works the same way in Outlook on the web and the Outlook app on Windows or Mac.

Download the Velscor add-in file
Download velscor-manifest.xml
It’s a small settings file that tells Outlook where to find Velscor.

Open Outlook
Go to outlook.office.com, or open the Outlook app on your computer.

Find “Get Add-ins”
Look for an Apps button (a grid icon) or a puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar, or open an email and check its … menu. Choose Get Add-ins.

Add it from the file
Click My add-ins on the left. Scroll down to “Custom Addins” and click + Add a custom add-in → Add from File…, then choose the file you downloaded.
Click Install, then confirm on the warning popup — that’s normal for custom add-ins.

Open any email
You’ll see a Velscor button in the ribbon, under Apps, or in the email’s … menu. Click it. If Microsoft asks you to allow “Access Velscor as you,” click Accept — that lets Velscor confirm it’s really you.

Enter your license key
The first time, you’ll be asked for your license key — it’s on the page you landed on right after checkout, and also in your account portal (create an account with the same email you checked out with). After that, Velscor just works.

Don’t see an Apps or puzzle-piece icon? In the Outlook app, check the Home tab of the ribbon for a Get Add-ins button instead — same steps from there.

Already have Velscor? To update it, remove it under My add-ins first, then add it again with the steps above.
